Just started listening to a new band on a friends recommendation, the band is called Muse, and the album is called "the resistance". I've got to say, this album is absolutely blowing me away, it's awesome, I can't get enough of it. I've been listening to it while running, on the trainer, in the car... The list goes on. Anyway, if you have the chance, check it out. Training is going well, did some testing in all 3 sports last week, now we have some numbers to work with. Seeing some improvements already which is a good thing, and staying illness and injury free so far, which for me is slightly miraculous, just ask my coach. Haha. Next event upcoming is the Cobble Hill 10k which I did last year in 43:xx, hopefully will be able to beat that this year, we will see.
