New Coach, possible move...

Long time no post, but not much has changed really. Still taking it easy on the training front, trying to rebuild some semblance of fitness, which is happening ever since I started working with my new coach Adam O'Meara. His training plans have been kicking my ass into shape, and the long term view for Worlds in November is starting to take focus. Should be a great summer of training and building some qualitty fitness for my biggest race ever. On the bad side of things, looks like I may be reloctaed to Denver Colorado for work. Obviously a pretty tough time on the home front as I now have a ton of things to try and sort out all while making sure I keep training rolling along strees free and take care of things at home. First race of the season is coming up this weekend, the New Balance half Iron, or as it's called now, the Victoria Half Iron. I love this race. It was my first long course race 5 years ago, and I have only missed this race once(last year due to broken wrist). Although i'm not quite in race shape it should work out to being a great training day and a good way to get back in the groove of racing. Hoping to finish under 5:15, so we'll see how that goes. Best of luck to everyone racing, hope to see you out there.

Cheers,
Mike
